Since Javy Lopez was only 7 plate appearances shy of qualifying in '03, and his OPS was 1.065, shouldn't he be on here? Once the appropriate number of hitless at-bats were added, his OPS was still higher than Gary Sheffield's 1.023.

@EpicWin: that's opening up a biiiiiiiig ole can of worms I'd rather not get into. If I add Lopez then I have to go back and figure if everyone else who was close would be over 1.000 with the PA's taken away. No thank you! Easily verifiable and consistent criteria for me, please.

Thanks :D Bergen of course is the owner of the LOWEST single-season OPS.
