NOTES - Use LAST NAMES with NO PUNCTUATION. All Star Game began in 1933. Seasons 1959-1962 had two games each, to complete these years you must answer all players/managers in both games. Click on each year to see the players (positions 1-50 are for AL, 51-100 for NL) - unanswered players are listed starting lineup first, then reserves listed alphabetically (regardless of position), then manager. (SP) means starting pitcher - which is sometimes listed as the 9th spot in the lineup, (R) is reserve non-pitcher, (RP) is reserve pitcher. 1945's game was not played but a team was selected although no lineups were made (all players are tagged as 'Reserve'). MVP's were selected from 1962 on, except for the 2002 game (the infamous tie game) - 2 were chosen for the 1975 game and 1 each for the 2 1962 games. Reserve players may have been selected to replace injured players, not necessarily selected initially. Players need not have actually played in the game.
