Taking the map away makes really does make a difference! Was only just able to get all of them. Good quiz, timing is just about spot on i would say. Only negative is that you have spelt SENEGAL as SENAGAL which is going to trip some people up.

macedonia should count for Rep. of Macedonia (Greek complaints bedamned) - also DRC should work for Dem. Rep. Congo (as it is in all sporcle quizzes) - otherwise? great.

"cote d'ivoire" not accepted... the special character is really needed? also agree with "macedonia" counting for republic of macedonia.

Only just managed it. Not helped by an inconsistent use of abbreviations (accepting CAR/UAE/Rep Congo/USA but not DRC/UK). If you want Republic of Macedonia then why not People's Republic of China or United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as those are also official names. Really should only need Macedonia. Cote D'Ivoire should be allowed.

Great quiz. Left myself 2 minutes needing one more and couldn't think of it. Turned out to be Kazakhstan... what a sitter!

I can't type fast enough, I would've had them all if I had 1-2 more minutes.

love this- there is always ONE on the map quiz that i miss due to it being so crowded. This made it so easy, alphabetically listed. Got them all with 3 minutes to spare!

This version was actually easier than the one with the map. I mentally went through the world map and wrote down all the countries (always starting with Norway), missing two when my tour had finished (St. Lucia and Comoros). With the alphabetical order it was easy to spot the two that were missing. On the map version that's like finding a needle in a haystack.

Agreed with Obaggins. It is easier to figure out which ones you missed in alphabetical order.

Update w/ South Sudan. Otherwise I like this quiz--agreed that it's helpful not to have labels cluttering a map! Maybe breaking it up by continent may be another improvement?
