| @Phillyfan362: when designing a game, it's difficult to please everyone. I've mixed some easy cities with other less obvious. I left out very easy ones (who could boast of having guessed "Londinium, UK" or "Amstelodamum, Netherlands"?) But I've omitted also very convoluted ones like "Oenipons, Austria" (Innsbruck). I mostly included cities whose present name is etymologically related to the Latin one. An useful advice is to look for cities with the same initial; for Leodium (Belgium), think of a Belgian city that begins with L... yes, it's that one. |
