Yea you should specify that the relationship occurs between 2 dunder-mifflin employees. When you use "The Office" it implies the T.V. show rather than the actual, physical location of the office.

Creed and Meredith should at least be a bonus because at one point Creed asks her "why havent we ever, you know," and Meredith replies "we have". Also if you're going to include Oscar and Matt then Kelly and Dwight should be an answer because Kelly kisses him in the season 2 episode 'christmas party'. Also Jan and her assistant Hunter are implied to have had a relationship in many episodes.

Including Holly and A.J. seems a little weird since all the other couple you include are Dunder Mifflin Scranton employees... including that couple (in which A.J. is an "outsider) opens the door to including a bunch more couples.

You should specify that you are only referring to the relationships between Dunder Mifflin employees because otherwise there are a lot of answers missing: Phyllis and Bob Vance, Pam and Danny, Angela and Robert, etc.
