Monaco is missing. United States of America is the full name, it's common name is just United States. And Ivory Coast is Cote d'Ivoire which is included (Ivory Coast is not used as the name anymore).

I think USA should be included. It is the full name, true, but much more common than other full names like UK's or China's. Most Sporcle quizzes accept "USA" as short for an answer (some even accept USA but not just US).

Cote d'Ivoire is simply the French equivalent of Ivory Coast, and yes, a lot of people do still call it by its English name. At the very least, the English name should be accepted (as it is on most Sporcle quizzes).

Just add Monaco and USA and it's perfect.

Fixed, dunno how I missed Monaco. It was late when I made this :p Would it be better if it was alphabetical order? And is the time ok?

GREAT! Harder than you'd think. Random order is better, else it would be too easy.
