You include italy and libya which both rely on y counting as a vowel, but not kenya. I like the idea of this quiz, but it needs more consistency.

Missed Kenya and Algeria. Added them. Typo on Macedonia. Removed Latvia.

Ukraine is missing. The y in Syria and Italy is a vowel. It's more of a consonant in Kenya and Libya, but it depends on how you pronounce it (and even then, it could probably be debated either way by phoneticians).

Ah thanks re: ukraine. The 'Y' countries are subject to a lot of debate. I still have no idea whether to include Malaysia or not :P I would make them bonus answers, but I don't know how to do that...

Nevermind, found out how to do it. All of the 'Y' Countries are now bonus.

This took a lot of thinking for some of them. Very enjoyable. Guyana and Paraguay also fit the criteria for bonus answers.

The 'Y' countries that use 'Y' as a vowel shouldn't be bonuses, they should be standard.

Croatia comes after Cote d'Ivoire alphabetically.
