What about Joe Magrane (NL 1988), Alejandro Pena (NL 1984), John Denny (NL 1976), & Steve Rogers (1982 NL)?

Just a judgment call. I wanted to limit it to 10 from the era.

Kevin Millwood was an Indian in 2005. That should be AL, not NL.

I'll fix the Millwood error.

Atlee Hammaker in 1983 would be more obscure than Millwood

I agree. Millwood isn't terribly obscure. Denny did win the Cy Young in 1983. Rogers was a very good pitcher. I like Pena because he spent most of his career as a reliever after '84.
