hahahaha I LOVE bitter fans. U realize the only player who gave u a shot in that series was Cliff Lee, who was from Cleveland. Oh, btw, we got 27 World Series, are the defending champs by beating Philly's ass, and have the 2nd best record in the toughest division in baseball with half our team on the DL in April and May so.... SUCK IT PHILLy! - Yankees Fan

Pointless quiz with pointless meaning. The Yankees had to win the 27 World Series, they had to work hard for it and the whole "the GM and owner bought it" excuse is old. Look at the Oakland A's, they have like 0 cash but compete year in and year out (usually).

Jeter, Rivera, Cano, Posada, Hughes, Chamberlain, Cervelli, Melky, Gardner, Pena, Coke, Robertson, Aceves, Albaladejo, Edwar Ramirez, Wang. Add in Pettitte who was originally home grown. Stop whining and worry about beating out the Braves and Mets!

This is totally the forum to seriously express your opinions. You sir, are a joke, it's retarded things like this that make beating the Phillies that much better. Grow a pair and just root for the Phillies and be done with it.

Oh Devilsfan don't give me that bull, you miss the playoffs with all those bums in 2008, buy the 3 biggest free agents on the market, and all of sudden you "win" the Series. Give me a break. You'll be lucky to make the playoffs this year. With our young core of Howard, Utley, Rollins, and the best 1-2 in baseball with Halladay and Lee, we'll be a DYNASTY for the next 15-20 years.

Young core??? coyotesfan doesn't know his facts. Howard is 30, and Utley and Rollins are both 31, no not old, but not completely young either. Halladay is 33, so idk where ur getting youg core from.

Skii, a lot of people, maybe you didn't notice our unexpected run to the playoffs did you?? Not a fan, I GUARANTEE I know more baseball than you.

Apparently, you don't know much about baseball considering you even bothered making this quiz and refuse to acknowledge the Yankees win last year, homer. Get over it. The 3 free agents brought in were a big help, but it's 3 players. It takes a team effort to win anything of significance in any sport, and a REAL fan knows that. Stop whining; complaining and holding grudges like a 4 year old kid never solves anything. P.S. LOL @ the "Phillies Dynasty" concept; you're as delusional as they come.

Money, help from the umps, a joke of a baseball field that little leaguers could hit home runs out of = World Series Chumps

LOL help from the umps? Fine, give me an example from every game last year. That's right; all 162 regular season ones plus the 15 post season games. Plus, if anyone can hit a HR out of Yankee Stadium, that's not an advantage because it means the opposition has just as much chance to do it as the Yankees themselves do. I doubt you even watch Yankee games; you're the last person anyone would trust to judge anything fairly and accurately.

Sorry, but you're not going to convince anybody you're right, simply because you aren't. Yankees=2009 WS champs, and nothing you do or say can change that.

you realize that it accepts 2009 as (seemingly) a correct answer...so your joke didn't even work...are there any intelligent phillies fans?

Thanks for the hearty laugh. When the Phillies don't win again this year because Utley is hurt and the rest of the lineup is getting old and the bullpen falls apart, I hope your tears don't taste too bitter.
