Nice quiz, although, I think that since a lot of these letters are common letters, you will probably never be able to think of all the possible answers. So, here are my suggestions:
1) Put around 5 words starting with each letter.
2) Add hints with the definition and the number of letters in the word in parentheses. Your data box should look like this:
