If you're including individual US states when ackowledging the USA in the same-sex marriage and civil unions columns, then you should also include it in the legal prostitution column, as Nevada has legal prostitution.

Fun quiz. I found the time was a bit short - it took all the time to try 'obvious' guesses and I didn't have time to finish that or stop and think of other angles. Got a middling score.

I like the quiz, but obviously there is a lot of gray area that you may need to address through more bonus answers. For example Israel does legally recognize gay marriages amongst immigrants, but they just cannot be performed there.

Surprisingly enough, Iran also allows transsexuals to marry as their post-operative sex and legally change birth certificates and passports. (see http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/sep/11/iran-transexual-marriage ) Problem is, since Iran remains among the most anti-gay countries in the world, a lot of non-transgender gay Iranians have gotten sex changes in order to be accepted in society.

you're right about Iran... source I used was http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_aspects_of_transsexualism which I know isn't that scientific. Other sources http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regulated_prostitution and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Same-sex_marriage and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women%27s_suffrage

Remember to add Argentina to legal recognition of same-sex marriage; they legalized same-sex marriage everywhere earlier this month.
