Wow. Doesn't accept celibacy, withdrawal is not abstinence, foam is a barrier method, doesn't accept cervical cap, and for a lot of these it's a guessing game as to how you want it worded.

a hysterectomy makes you infertile, but i highly doubt a woman would ever get one (nor a doctor give one) solely as a form of birth control.
