Hagan or Kay Hagan should be acceptable for Kay R. Hagan.

I fixed Gillibrand. For some reason it won't take just Hagan. Same deal with 1992 north Dakota woman. Thanks for your iinput.

Excellent quiz. IMO, Florida needs to elect two woman senators, just so all the corners are balanced.

Awesome quiz. I wish I could have done better. When I typed in "Snow" and nothing came up, I assumed she was a congresswoman instead of a senator. Silly me for not even considering there could be an E on the end of her name!

It's interesting to look up some of these women on Wikipedia - Rebecca Felton was quite a character.

Great idea for a quiz. However, I would have thought that for a quiz to be published, the Sporcle administrators would have actually verified the spelling. Please, admins, fix this.

I am sad more people don't remember Kansas Senator Nancy Landon Kassebaum. She was a Republican, but she was a sensible moderate. God, if we could only have a few more like her in there today...

Is this a history quiz or a spelling bee? And why not middle names for all of them?

My first published quiz!!!!! I feel so proud, even if it is in small font on the front page. I can't edit the game anymore, but the ones mentioned seem to have been fixed. I included middle names if the officaal Senate list i used as my source had one listed.

What the...! I just looked up Rebecca Latimer Felton, and our first female senator is damn white supremacist?!

Should accept Debbie Stabenow instead of just Deborah. Got her anyway though. Otherwise, good quiz.

The senator from Illinois ran as Braun but served as Moseley-Braun. I see that both are accepted.

I can no longer edit the quiz, so that would have to be done by the site managers. Why do quizmakers lose control once it is published?
