Source? What about epidemics? For example, the 14th century black death would be a lot higher than all these combined. It's a good idea for a quiz but it should be more specific.

Oh, found your source at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_natural_disasters_by_death_toll. It's weird that it gives this list and then further down the page there's a list of pandemics that exceed any of these. Good thing we wash our hands these days!

Indian Ocean tsunami should count too, since that's what killed most of the victims.
