I think you forgot Orlando. It is more populous than Oshawa.

Ouch, O was the toughest yet. Makes me realize how little I actually know about cities in South America, Oceania and Africa.

The Orlando *area* is undoubtedly more populous than Oshawa, but my source lists the population of the city itself as smaller. I realize my source is not always the best for making cross-country comparisons, but it was very helpful for me in other ways.
