Jul 9th, 2010 at 06:33 GMT
Also, I don't think that Caracas is that expensive either. It probably should be a Norwegian city. And there's the lack of the source too.
Jul 9th, 2010 at 07:53 GMT
It's correct, this is the Forbes list. The only problem is as stated Caracas is in Venezuela not Norway.
Jul 9th, 2010 at 07:59 GMT
New York is accepted for every other quiz here.

These aren't the World's most expensive cities. They are the world's most expensive expatriate cities. The cost of living is different for a citizen who would receive tangible and intangible benefits. This is explained in the Forbes List.

I hear Berlin is lovely at this time of year, with it being right on the Pacific Coast next to the Saharan Desert.
Jul 10th, 2010 at 01:39 GMT
Is Caracas the new capital of Norway or has it been demoted to non-capital status?
Jul 10th, 2010 at 01:49 GMT
Like dtro said, there is no New York City, we only say 'city' to distinguish it from the state New York. It's actual name is just 'New York'
Jul 10th, 2010 at 02:50 GMT
Caracas Norway sits at the mouth of the Nile and empties into the Indian Ocean.

This list says Oslo and London are cheaper than Paris... Rubbish!
Jul 13th, 2010 at 21:45 GMT
What exactly do you mean by 'most expensive city'? These cities seem like they have been chosen completely arbitrarily (yes, I use long words).
Dec 21st, 2010 at 07:53 GMT
You need to accept New York. The name of the city is New York. People just say New York City to differentiate from the state.
