http://minnesota.twins.mlb.com/team/player.jsp?player_id=123272 new this season however, an idea would be to only list the teams they hit the home runs with? as opposed to the teams they played with in their careers.

You need to specify that you mean any post-season home runs. Two of the Yankees you have never played in any playoffs. Their's are only World Series home runs, so I never even tried their names.

The World Series is NOT a series of playoff games. Ruth and Mantle never played in the playoffs.
