I always think it's spelled Ottowa. Likewise Djakarta.

There are three capitals that start with D, not 2 as listed under #.

Nice concept. I was surprised at how well I did (but Havana, how could I miss that?). Even though it's obvious, you should probably clarify that we're talking about national capitals.

Sporclitis strikes again: get all the obscure ones, but miss Canberra and Ottawa. @Rob42: Sporcle standard is always to use the English names for the cities, not the names in the local language. If you were going to accept Roma, you'd also have to accept Praha and goodness knows where else.

Shouldn't W be listed as having 1 capital ending in A, namely Washington, District of Columbia?

Quite the challenge! But when those "K" ones popped up at the end... *facepalm*

beeyl: Washington is the capital. District of Columbia is a region, or a federal district, if you will. Saying the capital of the United States is Washington, District of Columbia would be the same as saying the capital of Texas is Austin, Texas. It's redundant.

@Beeyl that's too USA-centric. Nobody out of your country cares about what district is Washington located in. Good quiz by the way!

You should accept Roma... It is frustrating that English names are more preferred than local & real names. I didn't think on 'Vienna' too, the capital of Austria is 'Wien' actually.
