I'll just preface this quiz by saying that unlike a lot of other states this quiz could have stretched to over 100 people without getting too obscure. So ultimately who I included and who I left out was fairly arbitrary. I tried to include a wide selection of faces from sport, politics, art, entertainment etc..

I loved that you put Rosie O'Donnell & Donald Trump next to one another.

At a glance, Walt Whitman could pass for Charles Manson.

The quiz should accept "Jacqueline Onassis" and probably "Jackie O."

What? Judge Judy has a last name? She doesn't always wear black? and she smiles? That looks like someone's mom!

@languagefiend, I had no idea Johnson was born in New York. I love that idea, I know I would've done a double-take seeing him here.

Do another! And would you accept "Bouvier" for Jackie O? That's her well-known maiden name.

I got all of them except for one. To quote Homer Simpson: "Damn you, Walt Whitman! I-hate-you-Walt-freaking-Whitman! 'Leaves of Grass', my ass!"

@ evil_fruit_girl, I'm sure that's why Todd Anderson called him a sweaty toothed madman in Dead Poets Society. As a side note, I would really like to know why anyone would vote down kgm86's comment.

@cambyrd: Todd Anderson could not have been referring to Whitman as a "sweaty-toothed madman" by thinking of Manson. The movie is set in 1959, therefore Todd's character could not have referenced a man who would not come to public consciousness until years later. But that was cool you referenced that movie, and that scene, in particular. Wonderful movie, no matter how many times you watch.

I think it's worth noting that the picture of Whoopi is actually an impersonator, Bettina Williams.

@georgexu79: I was pointing out that Walt Whitman just looks as if people could believe him to be a lunatic at first glance, not that he bears a resemblance to a particular lunatic.

I didn't recognize Judge Judy without her robe. Or with that much work done to her face.

Didn't notice at first glance that it wasn't Whoopi, but it is pretty obvious when you take a closer look. You'd think the Sporcle admins would change that.
