Thanks, motm. I've a feeling this might have to be reduced to 2 minutes. Rate down this comment if you disagree and think the time is right at 3. Rate up if you think I need to take a minute off. Thanks.

Don't know why, but neither euro nor escudo are working for the circulating currencies for me. Unless I'm being particularly stupid about the question, shouldn't they be working?

Got stuck at the Simpsons, but managed to guess answers to other letters to keep going and still get 29 out of 30. Your instructions give a hint to categories to look for--not sure if that can (or should) be mitigated somehow to give less away.

Great quiz, wide variety of topics! Possibly just on my lil' screen, but could you save some space to reduce scrolling back and forth? 5o

Great quiz. I always do really stupid things on quizzes like these where you guess something that starts with a certain letter. On this one I guess Bocce and Bowling before Basketball, and Deutschmark (I don't even know if that's spelled right) and Drachma before Dollar. Still, great game.

Isn't bobsledding an Olympic sport? You don't specify summer games, just a thought.

Sporclitis strikes again. Zinc. Zinc would be a good choice. But no. I can't think of anything reasonable with only seconds remaining in the quiz. No. I have to type Zirconium. (See also: my answer for Month - June? July? No. January.) Also of note, I think I spent the most time thinking of a currency starting with the letter D. Face, meet palm.

Oh, and how could I forget World Capital? Never thought of Rome until after the quiz ended. Thankfully, instead of trying to spell Reyk-- er, the capital of Iceland, I thought of Riyadh.

@frey78, those aren't included because they are territories not provinces.

I was completely baffled by the Olympic sport and tried baseball (knowing it's no longer one, but the clue didn't say a current one), broad jump, boating, bowling... but completely missed boxing.

As much as I recognise that Northwest Territories and Nunavut are not provinces, I find that not allowing them is just pedantry rather than actually a good dynamic for the quiz. Besides, the word 'province' could be seen as a synonym for 'administrative division'.

I choked on Oscar winners. I spent 30 seconds trying to think of one and another 30 trying to spell 'Pfeiffer'. After that wasn't accepted, I let out a solitary tear for my lack of culture being my downfall.

@BurmaShave you have to guess the answer to a question beginning with the letter that is by the question, e.g the first one is 'ocean' so you have to think of an ocean beginning with A.

@BurmaShave - you have to put in an answer that starts with the letter of the clue. For example, Ocean would be Atlantic (or Antarctic) because those are oceans beginning with A. I managed to make it all the way to letter F, getting everything on the first guess, before I realized that I had to answer by the letter! I just got lucky and picked the right word for each letter. What a coincidence!

Beach volleyball was also not accepted as an Olympic sport, which it clearly is. It should also specify Summer Olympic sports because Biathalon was also not accepted.

Fun quiz! Best Actor got me in that often times (in a context such as this) Actor refers to both genders. I was so pleased with myself for quickly coming up with Natalie Portman, but my swagger was soon dashed when I discovered a best actress winner wouldn't cut it. It took me nearly a minute to come up with a male name.

@nightwalden--No biathalon is not accepted because it is spelled wrong. Biathlon is accepted.

Couldn't for the life of me come up with am I language for the European Language (yes I'm sometimes an idiot), So I needed to guess a J or the K to continue. Guessed Kentucky for K and it gave me the box for Kent Brockman. So much fun.
