	I'm not really a soccer fan, but I don't like the shoot-outs at all. Seems like a dumb/arbitrary way to determine a winner after regulation. I would be in favor of sudden death OT though.

	You obviously don't understand soccer and are just putting up the quiz to try to get attention with the title. I myself am a keeper(worldwide term for goalie) and I don't think shootouts should decide games, even if it takes awhile for someone to score. Also, getting rid of offsides would ruin the game, not make it more enjoyable to watch.

	Personally I would reduce the number of players to ten each allowing for more space. The difference in fitness levels etc since say 1872 is fantastic but the pitch sizes and number of players remains the same.
