you could add: 'da' (he/she gives; give!), 'di' (i gave; say!, as in dímelo), etc., and 'dé' (the subjuntivo of 'dar' for the first and third person singular).

Yes, you should definitely add "un". If you want to be comprehensive even if it makes it more difficult, also add "as" (ace).
