Duquesne is misspelled, otherwise awesome quiz!

Oh thanks, gabetarian. I accepted three different spellings, including the correct way that you pointed out (I had them in the wrong order). Still no one is getting Duquesne :/

Fun quiz, but maybe a minute or two too much time. People can just start making random guesses and getting a bunch right.

@Kent, isn't that all a quiz like this really tests? Not that it's a bad one, I enjoyed it and found it fun, but I feel like very, very few people actually have a clue about the 1936 final AP poll, so for most people it comes down to randomly guessing. The only school I was confident in was Minnesota, the rest were a mix of guesses between Ivy schools and major college football schools.

Oh how the times have changed, gophers...

Minnesota was great back then. Hopefully they can start winning again. Go Gophers!

"A couple of others are currently FBS schools but have not appeared in the Top 20 in a long time." - Washington, Tennessee. Just joking, Good quiz.

As a proud Quaker alum, I hereby move that Sporcle begin requiring "Pennsylvania" or "UPenn" for the University of Pennsylvania, so that people won't always accidentally get us right when guessing Penn #$%^& State. ;) Good quiz.

Fordham...okay, Duquesne and Marquette...maybe, but anyone who correctly answered "Santa Clara" is a Google cheat!

Wow. I thought this quiz was dead in the water this morning when I went to work - less than 100 plays and not on the Recently Played chart. Come home and it's got 2200 plays. Thanks for playing y'all...and thanks for the EP, MSU.

MSU Kent says "People can just start making random guesses and getting a bunch right" I made all kind of random guesses and didn't get any of them right. Everyone should have got Notre Dame (I didn't). This rest is a total crapshoot as far as I can tell.

Even on Sporcle Penn grads have to whine about how they didn't go to Penn State, which is, gasp, a public university.
