	I don't know about Norm being the main character, but I would bet that the regular yelling of his name when he entered the bar would burn it into most memories.

	@gadmo I forgot Rebecca was ever even on there... i couldn't figure out what manager they were talking about. But Lilith? She was sarcastic, evil and hot. Plus she carried over onto the Frasier show, so she was much more long lived of a character.

	I watched the show very little, and never with any real attention, years and years ago. I managed to recall every character except, yes, Rebecca.

	Rebecca was the character I had the most difficulty remembering, although I did eventually get it. I think she was the least interesting, funny, and memorable character on the show. Sam and Diane >>> Sam and Rebecca.

	I couldn't think of "coach" for the life of me, though I could clearly see his image in my mind! The other one I didn't get was Lilith, I don't even remember her being that big a part of the show. Wasn't Frasier on more? Hell, they could have added Vera, as Norm talked about her constantly even though we never actually saw her. Kind of like Maris on Frasier.

	I agree that there are at least 5 more characters that should be on this list. Another fun list might be all of the guest actors that came on the show: Tip O'Neill, Wade Boggs, Sen. John Kerry, Kevin McHale, and the Righteous Brothers come to mind off hand.
