Canton is not an official name...it's not even listed as such in your source so I don't know why you did that. It should be with the bonus answers like Bombay, if anything. Also from looking at your source list, Qingdao is higher than Quanzhou, Xi'an is higher than Xiamen, and Yangon is higher than Yaounde.

It is based on the English name thus Xi'an is Sian and Qingdao is Tsingtao. yangon is also Rangoon. It is true I made a mistake with Canton (although it is actually listed as the English name.) as I missed Calcutta.

The "English names" are Qingdao, Yangon, Guangzhou, Kolkata. You're using old romanizations.

how is Sao Paulo not on here? Much bigger than Seoul. Also, Lagos is bigger than LA I think. Of course all depends on what source and what type of metro you are talking about.
