Although they now tout him as the first mutant, Namor never had any real ties to the X-Men.

I included Namor because he joined the Dark X-Men with Emma Frost around the time Utopia started and has stayed with the team on and off again since then. If others disagree I can take him off.

Nope, these days Namor's definitely an X-Man.

I've added Marvel Girl and Mister Sinister, although it has always accepted Moonstar so there might have been some other issue there.

If you accept Namor as an X-Man, shouldn't Ms. Marvel be on the list as well? She was a member for a short time in the 70's.

Correction: Ms. Marvel was in the X-Men in the 80's.

I have a hard time getting my arms around the Scarlet Witch as an X-Men Universe Character - much more in the Avengers family than anything else to me. Same with Sasquatch - always been an Alpha Flight member and isn't even a mutant. Surprised Blink isn't on this list.

You should probably add "Mirage" for Dani Moonstar, also "Rachel Grey" for Rachel Summers

Also, you totally missed M - Monet St. Croix - with 404 appearances.

Yeah, Mirage for Moonstar. Also "Cooper" for Val Cooper, though that's nitpicking. Maybe accept "Binary" for Carol Danvers' stint. As for the Scarlet Witch discussion, she originated in the pages of the X-Men as a Brotherhood member alongside Quicksilver.
