	What is the clue for Absalom, Absalom? I got to the very end, and couldn't find one to match for it.

	It's actually a combination of clues and not any specific one. Because of the Huck Finn clue you know there is only one "read" book in that row, which we already know is 2001: A Space Odyssey. By the time you get to the Absalom, Absalom! clue you should only have two other unanswered clues (Slaughterhouse-Five and To Kill A Mockingbird). You know there are 6 "in progress" answers because of the Wuthering Heights clue, and at this point there are only 5 "in progress" answers showing. Because of the Jane Eyre clue, you know that one of To Kill A Mockingbird or Slaughterhouse- Five must be the final "in progress" answer, meaning that Absalom, Absalom! must be unread.

	Me too, xolkan. I hate to say it, but it must have been easy. Seriously, I really dislike the logic problems because I'm just not good at them. I guess I'm illogical. Still, I enjoyed this one because of the literary connection.

	@mag721. If you did the same thing as I did, you missed the part of the Huckleberry Finn clue that read "row" as well as "column".

	apb7721: I found that reading title of the game helped a lot in figuring out which letter corresponded to each state (read, unread, in progress... sorry, English isn't my mothertongue).

	A bit too much outside knowledge was required for this one, I think. I wouldn't have gotten anywhere without using the chart, but using the chart also made the game too easy.

	Interesting quiz. The "source" is not consistent as far as which column is for authors' first names, and which is for authors' last names.

	how does the Jane Eyre clue tell us that The Great Gatsby is in progress? Who's to say that the odd row out isn't the row containing The Great Gatsby?

	@orze, at least the way I did it, you should already know Jane Eyre is Unread by the time you get to Gatsby. The Orson Scott Card clue reveals the status of Harry Potter (along with Holes and The Golden Compass), whose clue tells you that "all authors whose last names start with B are unread." Jane Eyre was written by Charlotte Bronte, and is therefore Unread, which means Gatsby, as the only book left in the row, must be In Progress. I really enjoyed this quiz. I did it without guessing, and I am usually terrible at these. I think it works just fine.
