| I'm shocked by people's shock about these lists. If you've seen one of these lists, you've seen them all. Here's how it works - "Pet Sounds", several Beatles albums, token album by black artist so we don't seem racist, Bob Dylan album(s), something fairly recent (last 30 years), something that's "punk" (even though most punk bums us out). NME was the only one who didn't follow this template only they didn't have the balls to kick off Nirvana and replace them with an Oasis B-sides collection and/or live bootleg.
