	A good quiz, only ran into a few differences in terminology really - "minus plus" as "minus or plus", "equivalent to" as "identical to" or "defined as", "greatly larger than" for "much larger than".

	The symbol for plus or minus is rather ambiguous; I've always seen it written with the minus sign clearly not attached to the plus sign.

	All your suggested answers have been put in. As for the minus-plus issue, I've usually seen it attached. Either way, I just used the Unicode character, and that's how it turned out.

	equivalent to should take equivalent, defined/defined as, etc much larger should take significantly greater than element of could probably take "in" or "included"

	the symbol should be accepted as simply "less than or equal"...the "to" is unnecessary; a+ bi is a complex number

	Well, sigma isn't the "meaning" of the mathematical symbol. It is the name, of course, but not its meaning in mathematics. Also, a+bi is a complex number, you're right, but the set described is the set of complex numbers where a and b are integers. These are known as the Gaussian integers.

	the symbol for therefore is universally accepted as ergo, I am not saying you need to change the answer you have, but accept ergo as well

	Oh, good, not just me--I tried "ergo" as well. I also wish I knew how many variations of "set membership", "is a member of", "is contained in", and so forth I tried before giving up; there are a lot of ways of expressing that.

	I would add "is congruent to" for the triple lines. Also, in my experience, mathematicians almost never use >> to mean much greater than, usually when I use that symbol I use it to mean "is greater than componentwise" (when I'm talking about a vector), but I'm not sure if that notation is standard.

	Among a great deal of other mistakes, the upside down A means "any", not "for all".

	IronDragline, The "Universal Quantifier" or "upside down A" certainly does mean "for all" which is logically equivalent to "for any" or "for each." Also my 2 cents on the other questions, "Intersection" should definitely be accepted. So should "is equivalent to." Finally, damn those Gaussian Integers, I did great in Number Theory but I just couldn't remember what they were called.
