| Elasticpretzel: Not sure what it says about your musical preference when you hate Elton, Streisand, Stewart, Springsteen, Mellencamp, McCartney, Benatar, Genesis, Van Halen, Journey, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Hall & Oates, Aretha, Stevie Nicks, Chicago, Phil Collins, Air Supply, and Heart...and most of those were active in the 70s. Not all music can be emo screaming with terrible lyrics and terrible "singing".
What I learned from this quiz is that the 80s is probably the best decade. Everybody stopped trying to copy the Beatles (for there can be only one of them), the great 70s musicians stayed around to do generally great songs, and the crappy pop singers of the 90s and today were at the top of their game back then. |
