By the end, I was really sorry for the lack of things like "OUN2E"...

Ridiculously simple. Impossibly difficult. Love it.
Add TSMOFSPB, just for symmetry? |

@rockgolf: I avoided names and songs that were initials on purpose, but I'll add one more.

Nice work. Pretty difficult without knowing genre/year etc. Really a mind bender. Good quiz.

Kinda disappointed that "Amanda" is the least gotten... Great song.

Good job, but Usher's More never reached the top spot. Fortunately Burn, Yeah and (OMG) all work for replacements.

@jmsr525: Thanks. My reference book only goes up to 2008 and I just kinda assumed that More went to #1 like all his other songs. Once again proving the what happens when you "assume". Replaced.

Good quiz. Take a look at the end of CHARMILILIONIDAIREN though -- aren't you short an I?
| caramba: | Dec 12th, 2012 at 22:33 GMT | | 3 points |
@strags11: Not short an I, but it was in the wrong place.

For all the people at the New York Post obsessed with a certain Yankee's weight: The Joe song also unpacks as "JETER STOUT".

Is this how Kyrgyzstan got its name?

I have to credit skiggykamiggy here. They put out this quiz earlier this week - http://www.sporcle.com/games/skiggykamiggy/billboard-top-100-1-debut-songs-jumble. I thought it was a nice idea but I wanted to shorten up the answers and put the letters in an easier order. But, if you want a real hard challenge, go for that one!

Great job caramba! I played the other quiz too. While I do think it was more difficult I think part of that is because I played the other one first so I was used to the format when I got to yours. But this one is difficult in different ways. I love the song representation here, bit of everything.

I knew so many of these songs but still couldn't figure them out! Excellent quiz. Though part of me was wishing that The Artist's song was "Cream." Maybe that wouldn't have been a very PG-friendly answer, though...

That was high quality. I'm just troubled that the first ones I got were Nelly, Shaggy, and Sisqo. I feel as if my brain has warped back to 2000 and left my body here to fend for itself.

| This is one of those quizzes I felt proud of myself for getting them all right.....until I look at the results and see that many others did as well. :-)
Nice quiz! Good mix of new/old and popular/obscure. |

Great job, caramba- that was a really fun, refreshing quiz.

I never would've done as well as I did if the letters weren't in the right order for each word, so thank you! I'm just not a big music person and even getting some of these, I'd never heard of them. Enjoyable quiz.

Typically I'm proud of myself when I get the most missed... In this case, I'm not...
