	Sometimes, with these kinds of quizzes, when I miss, like, three in a row, I get really angry and start entering the same answer over and OVER again until it's right. I usually do this right when there's a long stretch of the opposite answer. When my "angry" answer finally comes up right, I look back over all of the ones I just got wrong and realize that getting the one right doesn't make me feel any better. But I never learn.

	I think I would recommend displaying the correct answer in red when the user types in an incorrect answer. I thought for a second that the quiz was broken.

	definitely display the correct answer in red. it's confusing to type in an answer and see that same answer show up, but in red.

	My guessing was pretty good. I've only ever heard of 8 of the 34 - and I got 20 correct.

	Since you're using the accent mark for Niçoise, you might also want to spell Phở with the accent.

	@Witsend Your guessing as actually subpar. You knew 8, meaning you guessed for 26 soup/salads. Considering it's a fifty chance, you could have gotten 13 right and still be average. As it stands you only got 12 right.
