Fun Quiz. I recognized a lot of them and knew the comic strips but drew a blank as far as their name. :(

Bravo! You even included a British strip from the Beano to keep the international crowd happy. Front page bound for sure!

: Thanks. I was inspired to try a picture quiz by the great job that
does. I also have a New Zealand dog and a Belgian dog in here, but one should be really well known and the other most people will get by accident. I have to fix the quiz though - on my computers, I can't see the right column. I think this isn't widespread as no one has mentioned it, but it happens to me with everyone's picture quizzes except the ones that get published.

Nice. The main one I can think of that you're missing is Belvedere.

Good quiz - my only comment is that I got #23 by typing in the answer to #4. #4 is probably going to be more popular so I don't think re-ordering helps.

: I don't really have a problem with 23 being a gimme, as otherwise only the Aussies and Kiwis would get him. Footrot Flats was a pretty popular comic when I has down there in the '80s.

You know, for a "family" comic strip that prides itself on supposedly being wholesome and heartwarming, the name for the dog character is hardly wholesome OR heartwarming.

@caramba - This certainly deserves an Editor Pick. I was inspired by this quiz (and others) to try to figure out how to make a quiz with images. It took a while to figure out, but I wanted to be able to do it too. You set the bar high with a good idea and quality pictures. Thanks.

: Judging from your recent picture quizzes, you sailed over this meagre bar with ease. This was my first effort,so I have a fond attachment to it, but I just don't have the time to put together a quality image quiz anymore.

You need to accept other spellings for Offissa Pupp. The name was spelled inconsistently in the comics.

Blarg, I misspelled Fred as Fed in Fred Basset then added an R and it wasn't accepted.
