| @joemeezy - Syracuse dropped the "Sky" out of their name in 2007 and also changed their logo from the flying bat that looked like a Tomahawk cruise Missile to a train locomotive.
@cajunkikin - Good job! A few nits though. First, is that Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees should instead be Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees. Wilkes-Barre's city name is hyphenated (like Winston-Salem's) and they use the slash between Scranton and Wilkes-Barre for both their IL team and their AHL team (although that's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton). Other nits/corrections - you forgot the Princeton Rays, Tampa's Rookie level affiliate. Also, the Billings Mustangs, Ogden Raptors, Orem Owlz, Idaho Falls Chukars and Great Falls Voyagers are Rookie, not Short Season A. Conversely, the Connecticut Defenders are Short Season A, not Rookie. Definitely made me think hard to remember teams in the California, Pioneer, Northwest, Midwest, and New York-Penn Leagues! |
