	It probably counts snowfall but only as it contributes to total precipitation, so melted snowfall. But it's hard to tell for sure because there's no source.

	I got the information from the averages between a few sites to be fair and take the average. I used The Weather History and Archives, weatherpages.com and weather.org. This quiz was based on the rainfall. In some of the resources Alaska and Calfornia may have made the list, but I took the top ten on average. Hope that was helpful.
