Feel free to criticize the source, I won't take it personally.

I think "Dharma Bums" is just as good as "On the Road"

This Side of Paradise, The Beautiful and the Damned, Tender is the Night, Tales of the Jazz Age... Fitzgerald was one of the greats and his inclusion in this list is shameful. Billy Budd is also a classic.

Totally agree with above comment: Fitzgerald absolutely and Melville by most any definition were not one hit wonders.

Salinger was not a one-hit wonder, either. Franny and Zooey? Come on.

They should have included "Brave New World" if you ask me.
