I tested this in Chrome, Firefox and IE, and had no problems. I'm really limited on the layout and implementation with the picture. Try zooming in/out on the page to have the picture show up. If it becomes a problem for a lot of people, i'll redo the picture.

-I added suggestions for #20 from reicherm -I reduced the picture's dimensions to fit better on the screen (I was trying to avoid this so that the refs wouldn't appear too small)

Please get motion gifs. Half the signals require hand movement.

for #6 you should accept "illegal man downfield" because that's what referees say most often.

#9 should accept "Illegal Participation" and #16 should accept "Illegal Block in the Back."

You've forgotten an 'r' in #6. Good quiz.

#9 might also include illegal substitution, and #16 has an unnecessary "d". Good job!

Good quiz I really liked it. for #1 maybe accept "stop clock"

Accept "stop the clock" (because the same signal is used to stop the clock for reasons other than a team calling a timeout) and "passing interference"

I second kposs12's suggestion and also the first suggestion of lcdavis37. Great quiz! (I officiated football for 7 years, by the way. I loved this.)

I did a sporcle search for a game like this, thanks for making it. If you're still out there (or anyone remakes this), the picture for #2 looks to me like the Ref blowing a whistle... maybe add a touch of text such as "downward motion" with some of the signals which require arm/hand motion of the ref? With some tweaks a game like this should be published during football season

#1 should be STOP CLOCK, the same thing is done when a player goes out of bounds and in many other occasions.
