As always let me know if anything needs fixed up. As it is there are a lot of the same words in some of the columns so ideas for films to change them out with are welcome. Thanks again to Hejman as I had no idea how to set up a quiz with this format before his help. Hope everyone enjoys.

perfect amount of time, finished with just a minute and got all of them, liked it a lot, good job!

I love it! So glad you decided to try out this format, because it's an awesome quiz. 5/5 and nominated.

Nice quiz. Ive always loved this format. Good range of flicks, and time was perfect. I finished with 22 seconds left.

5 stars for including a couple of quality foreign language films. Also, are you a Coen brothers fan by any chance?
Nov 8th, 2010 at 14:04 GMT
Thanks for playing everyone I'm glad people are enjoying it it was fun for me to try out this format for the first time. @tjv I guess me using 3 of their films in a list of 25 stands out a bit huh. I am a big fan so that kind of just happened ha.

It's a good quiz. The results suggest it's too easy though. As of 417 plays, by far the most common result is "all correct." In fact, "all correct" is more common than any two groupings combined. I think that suggests you should take one minute off the time. I would also suggest replacing "The Passion of the Christ" with "A Man for All Seasons." Would mean fewer "THEs" and would also probably be more challenging since "Passion" and "Christ" are both pretty much dead giveaways.

I really enjoyed the quiz. It's weird I missed all the ones I've seen and got all the one's I've only heard about.
Nov 8th, 2010 at 17:13 GMT
Finished with three seconds left!

@moviegoer74: i hate when the results page gets screwed up. 1.6% get 119-124, but 20.5% got all of them? That is incredibly improbable.
Nov 8th, 2010 at 18:01 GMT
@themegarooster: you can only get answers five at a time on this quiz, since a correct answer fills in five spaces. And if someone gets 120, that means there's only one space left in each row, and typing it in is trivial. So no one should get 120. My guess is the 1.6% who get 119-124 are people who got the second-to-last one, but didn't have time to enter in the last one.

Wow thanks again for everyone playing did not expect this many plays and thanks Ben for the pick. @moviegoer As of me writing this the all % has dropped to 19.5 so it is not as bad as it was. I do agree it is an easier quiz but I do not think that is necessarily a bad thing, not every quiz should be crazy hard to complete. I could definitely add a few though and "A Man for All Seasons" would be a good one. @themegarooster, TerryM explained that situation very well. Thanks again everyone.

I was going to throw together a 4 word one of the same vein if people would like to see that as well.

YES!!!! After hundreds of quizzes, this is the first time I finished with ONE SECOND ON THE CLOCK!
Nov 9th, 2010 at 16:55 GMT
Not enough time. These kind of quizzes always take a lot of time.
Nov 9th, 2010 at 19:56 GMT
Great game- I didn't personally find it to be very difficult, but I had fun regardless. These kinds of games are easy to make but hard to make
, and you definitely made it well. For the sequel (and I'd love a sequel), I strongly suggest "Throw Momma from the Train"- garbage movie, awesome title.
Nov 9th, 2010 at 20:55 GMT
@exackerly I'm sorry the time wasn't good for you but I think the majority of the people are liking the time where it is and since more than 17% of people are getting all of the answers I am probably going to leave it. @Kicking thank you I appreciate it. I have a 4 word one ready to go but I could always make another 5 as well and that sounds like a perfect title to get it started.

Loved it!! Keep making these types of quizes
Nov 10th, 2010 at 03:09 GMT
I love this! Finished with 8 seconds left! I don't think the results suggest that it's too easy--the right answers are all there for me to get them, it's just a matter of being quick enough to put it all together. Really enjoyed this one.

Dec 5th, 2010 at 06:33 GMT
Thank you very much Sporcle Gods it is such a great feeling to see one of your quizzes on the front page. @buminthepark Glad to see you fell into my (not so clever) trap. And yes Dlp, I am a Coen fan I guess I couldn't resist using 3 of their films. Anyway hope everyone enjoys the quiz.

Fantastic variety of classic, newer, and (somewhat) obscure films! Makes these quizzes more challenging when they don't use the same movies every time. :)
Dec 5th, 2010 at 09:28 GMT
Very nice. One of those quizzes where I end up racing for time after everything starts to fall into place. A lot of damned pronouns, prepositions and articles to shake things up.
Dec 5th, 2010 at 10:50 GMT
coen brothers ftw! excited for True Grit! great quiz
Dec 5th, 2010 at 11:54 GMT
There are actually several non-American films in here... and several brilliant older films... awesome. Five globes, no question.
Dec 5th, 2010 at 11:55 GMT
Very nice quiz, I love these things! :)

Great quiz, a few movies I've never heard of but was able to get them after narrowing the word selection down, well done

Love it. And kudos for including Let the Right One In. :)
Dec 5th, 2010 at 15:44 GMT
Yay! I like it when quizzes like this include movies of all genres, periods and levels of seriousness/silliness. It's fun to see "The Night of the Hunter" right up against "A Night at the Roxbury.:

"Let the Right One In" is better known than "To Have and Have Not?" O Bogie where art thou?!
