Only flaw is that you've put Lapras' second type down as Ice instead of Water. Otherwise good quiz :)

If you're going to Rotom (frost), shouldn't you include Castform (snow)?

It was meant to be a bonus answer, but I forgot to allow "Castform" as an acceptable answer for snowy Castform. It's fixed now.

I've disregarded the existence of the abominable (get it?) Black/White additions. Seriously, an ice cream? The new ones have ruined it. It's definitely time to fire those illustrators.

I agree that some Gen V pokemon are weird (Elgyem, Garbodor, Roggenrola), but I love the ice cream ones. Isn't that more creative than creating more birds, dragons, fish, dogs, cats, etc.? I think the illustrators were trying to think more outside the box in Gen V.

the design of vanillite's family is based on an ice cream cone, but it's not ice cream, and I do agree with bubblegumkitty, they're just trying to do something different.

besides, first gen had its fair share of pokemon based on inanimate objects, just look at magnemite and muk.

I tend to dislike most pokemon based on inanimate objects, such as vanilluxe, voltorb, magnemite, etc. I also dislike ones which are unnatural (could not have possibly have been naturally made) such as escavalier and the mushroom with the pokeball pattern.
