You can't go by people's first names under the 100 million records. When alphabetizing people's names you use their last names.

Great quiz. I see this getting published, but you gotta fix a few things: 1) I think you meant AC/DC but sporcle thought you meant AC or DC 2) I agree with sammy^ last names only for artists 3) Don't cite wikipedia. People don't like that 4) Another category would look good spacewise and it'd be fun 5 globes for the effort!

why thank you boris morris......@sammyhain ya i thought about that, but thought it might be frustrating if for instance people said Elvis for the "E" artists. Thanks for the comments though I'll make some changes.

I agree. This is a good one, but needs a few tweaks. Accept BMX for Olympic Events. 2008 was the first year they did it. Eventing (an equestrian event) should also be accepted. 5 globes.

Good quiz. I would just use a star system to show any disclaimers. It makes the quiz look a little nicer.

Thanks. @jwm...The Olympics website put those events under Athletics but I will add them.

A Beautiful Mind should be under 'B', not 'A', and A Man For All Seasons shouldn't be on it. If 'The' doesn't count, neither should 'A'.

I agree with WindSword, but this seems to be a general inconsistency on Sporcle. Most games I have played require "a" when the title starts with it, and list it under "a", whereas when a title starts with "the" it is dropped. I don't know why. But good quiz. Well done!

What about chariot racing? Don't tell me they've taken that out of the olympic games! Probably replaced it with pilates or XTREME bungee snowboarding.
