You should define which counties constitute the southern half of the state. And why is Howell here when nothing else in Monmouth County is? Middletown is bigger than Howell.

I clarified what constitutes the southern half of the state. I-195 essentially divides the state in half. While you are correct, Howell is approximately 20 miles south of Middletown. That is why I left out Middletown.
