Westminster, not West Minister. And the populations on that source are pretty suspect... never seen Highlands Ranch given a population that high, and for other states they list places that aren't actually cities/towns/CDPs

Also, Highlands Ranch isn't incorporated as a city. Centennial didn't exist as of the 2000 census, but it's around 100K-105K people.
