Having played Diplomacy certainly wasn't a disadvantage on this one.

Should be Norwegian (spelling) Sea. Also, if possible you could shrink the font on 29 and move it closer to the Strait of Gibraltar, or use an arrow to point to the actual strait.

Kept trying Gibraltar Strait rather than Strait of Gibraltar. I realise this is due to my lack of knowledge about Europe, especially at that time, but any chance of a little flexibility?

Shouldn't San Marino be on here as the oldest republic in the world? And I believe Great Britain is the name of the island and United Kingdom the name of the country.

Why is number 1 in a huge white box? As others have said, you really need to accept more alternative answers (for example, "North Atlantic" or "Atlantic" or "North Atlantic Ocean").

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland was one country at the start of WW1. Ireland didn't become independent from UK until after the war

My only complaint is that the numbering was done in such a way that several times I had to search for a number. Why do you have Norway follow Italy? It took me a solid 30 seconds to find #13.

I typed Straits of Gibraltar, Straights of Gibraltar, and simply Gibraltar and it wouldn't accept them, just because of the plural.
