| As a Bears fan, I continue to be amazed at how underrated and overlooked (and no, that's not a typo) Aaron Rodgers is. People seem slow to pick up on the fact that Rodgers just had a better regular season than Favre ever had in a Packers uniform. And honestly, too many people are quick to reference his win-loss ratio as an argument against the QB. Drew Brees has only made the post-season 2 out of the past 4 years, but its that span that has elevated him to what plenty of people might call one of the best 5 QBs of the past decade. Rodgers wasn't a 4th quarter monster in his 6-10 first season as a starter, but he provided a very good chance for a team-win in virtually every game in 2008. No unit on the team managed to perform better than the passing game, however. |
