That was fun - For an element quiz ;) I don't know many, but did ok, considering some of the ones that popped up helped for other clues :P

Good quiz, but you're missing gallium for GA and you may want to consider accepting aluminium for the aluminum answers

@engineerguy: Thanks for the heads up on gallium. I don't understand the aluminium. Please explain. :)

@RobPro: I thought this game might be hard and put the "pop ups" like that intentionally.
BTW, my internet is down and I can't get service until Tuesday (30th). Right now I'm at my kind neighbor's, so please be patient if you need me to fix something. :)

He means, we call and pronounce aluminum 'aluminium'... In the UK anyway.

It's not a huge deal (I'm actually an American and had always called it "aluminum"), but most elements quizzes I've done have accepted aluminium too

Good quiz, nice spin on the idea, just two things: For TN, there's an i in meitnerium (you spelled it right for ME, though), and neodymium definitely contains "ne" :-)

"ND" doesn't take Scandium.

@dynastic: scandium is fixed. Thanks for catching these, y'all. :)

For "NY", your spelling for "ONLY --------" has an extra i.

@gust and Cryp: thanks, it's fixed.
@Rom: When I first read what you had written, I thought, "how many i's are there in 'only'?" It's fixed now. :)

@bowsntoys Cesium/Caesium and Aluminum/Aluminium both have to be accepted for the letter combos they work for (CA, AL, MI, IN). Those two elements have two acceptable spellings, and you've only used the American versions. So does Sulfur/sulphur but that doesn't fit any of the answers.

@sprout: So that's what engineerguy meant back on Aug. 27! I thought he was joking about the pronunciation of aluminum when he didn't answer. That's also interesting about sulfur/sulphur even though as you say it's not relevant to my game.

@PurppuraSuihku: I've fixed einsteinium, thanks!
Mendelevium does work for both states; in fact, it's the state that displays for one of the postal codes.

So isn't that what we're all asking in our own lives- 'where's my element?' I know that's what I've been asking.

Meitnerium by itself covers Maine, Nebraska, Tennessee and Rhode Island (and for good measure, Ireland and Italy, too).

Can you please accept Flerovium for "FL" and Livermorium for "OR"? They've been named for a while and still aren't accpted in the quiz.

Hey PokeMan, you are right. Can you report that via "Report a Mistake" ? Quiz owners can't edit published quizzes, and Bowsntoys isn't active anymore due to health reasons (which is why I'm answering), Thanks.
