	It'll be interesting to see how this list grows; even with the PED stuff, Moyer is still pitching and has been for a long time, and every era gets its share of Hall of Famers. So the list could end up well over twice as long. Plus he's just facing guys making their debuts right now who could be in the hall someday. I'd also be interested in knowing who's the oldest player he ever faced - cause I know he's faced Starlin Castro (born 1990), who's the youngest player so far ever. There could conceivably be like a 40+ year difference.

	Oh and I was checking his stats earlier today, and Moyer has an outside shot at 300 wins if he stays about as effective as he is now and remains on a winning team. If he made it, the HoF would have a real dilemma, cause he's not Hall material, but 300 is 300.

	definites: Griffey, Thomas, Piazza, Bagwell, Biggio, Maddux, Glavine, R. Johnson would be definites w/o P.E.D. stuff: Bonds, Sosa, Clemens, Palmeiro, McGwire maybes: Schilling, Walker, Juan Gone, Alomar, Kent, Smoltz, Mussina still playing locks: Pujols, ARod, Jeter, Ramirez, Thome Then there's all the young guys too far away to know, but guys like Hanley Ramirez, Miguel Cabrera, David Wright, Prince Fielder, etc. who might have HOF careers. And that list will only keep growing. By the time it's all said and done, Moyer will have pitched against a LOT of hall of famers. Pretty crazy.

	awesome idea, it'd be very interesting to see this for someone like nolan ryan or others with long careers who've been retired for a while

	I'm not going to check game logs, but it wouldn't surprise me if you could add Larkin and Chipper to that list and Sheffield to the steroids one, perhaps Blyleven, perhaps Morris, who has an outside shot. Not that I think there's a good chance, but Edmonds and Bernie are better than Juan Gone at a minimum. Edgar, Raines, Trammell and Mcgwire had lower #s of votes, but also have many years left on the ballot.

	@shorts: Nolan Ryan faced 48 HOFers. He also faced Griffey, Johnson, Bonds, Clemens, and other guys not yet eligible. There are also STILL FIVE ACTIVE players he faced, all of which are worthy of at least a few votes (Edmonds, Thome, Vizquel, and Moyer). He also faced Griffey. There may be other pitchers with long lists...twenty years from now this won't be that interesting a quiz because Moyer will just be another long-tenured pitcher...it's relevant now basically because he's old :p

	Moyer is the man! And PWT3: I just did some checking, and it turns out that the oldest person Moyer ever faced happens to be on this quiz: Tony Perez, who was born on May 14, 1942. I'll take your word for it that Starlin Castro is the youngest so far, at March 24, 1990. That's nearly 48 years!

	Amazingly he just broke the record for Home Runs allowed (506), yet he only gave up 8 to guys who are in the Hall of Fame.

	Terrific idea for a quiz. For as long as Moyer's been pitching though, I figured the best approach was to start with Cap Anson and Wee Willie Keeler and work my way back from there.
