Also, in first names, Arik (for Ariel) and Binyamin (for Benjamin) should be acceptable, and likewise Sharet (I had no idea it's spelled with a double t) - even if it isn't accurate spelling the idea is to test knowledge and not phonetics.

I agree with Archer16...in fact, what is 'spelled correctly' when it's really spelled in Hebrew? Last names should definitely be enough, especially when spelling is such an issue.
