You need to accept last names only, as well as just first and last name. Requiring first, last, and middle initial (on those that you list with a middle initial) is ridiculous.

I'll echo eln77's comment. Accept last names only. I stopped playing as soon as I figured out that middle initials were required for some.

Cut the time at least in half.

Definitely cut the time way down - maybe two or three minutes. Most sporclers could list all 47 presidents.
