	If the source information were accurate, that would be true. But the source information here is bogus. Even wikipedia provides much better information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drunk_driving_law_by_country, though I would much rather rely on this NHTSA report: http://www.nhtsa.gov/people/injury/research/pub/dwiothercountries/dwiothercountries.html. And, for what it's worth, El Salvador has abolished the death penalty for all offenses (except war crimes): http://www.amnesty.org/en/death-penalty/abolitionist-and-retentionist-countries

	lol i guess this quiz is pointless now :( haha even if the source was accurate, I thought it was funny how the website asked, "Do you feel your state DUI laws are too strict?" as if a DUI was no different than a slight speeding violation and not a crime that seriously endangers other people's lives.

	the new penalty in the USA should be that we send anyone that gets a DUI to Bulgaria for 5 years and see if they make it back...you know let them help thin the numbers of those fools

	Oh dear, where do I begin? For a start the law in THE U.K. (not England) isn't a year in prison, a $250 fine and a year's loss of licence. I wouldn't complain if they were banged up for a year, but, unfortunately, that's not a mandatory sentence.

	El Salvador's constitution (Title II, Article 27) specifically bans capital punishment except in cases where the country is put under martial law during a time of war. I must call into question the source. It is not a horrible concept for a quiz, but it is clearly based on inaccurate material.
