According to your source, Bobby Lowe also did it. He did it in 4 at bats.

It's time to add Josh Hamilton.

Can't spell Delahanty. Darn it. Also missed Pat Seerey, who has to be the most obscure guy here (post 19th century)

I have to admit I cheated. I have a Sports Illustrated app on my Blackberry, and theres this picture section showing all the 4 HR games in MLB history, and I just looked at that. But cmon how was I supposed to get guys like Ed Delahanty, Bobby Lowe, and Pat Seerey?

In Cameron's game, he and Bret Boone hit back-to-back home runs twice in the first inning.

Watched on TV as Josh Hamilton just missed his 5th HR by inches, finishing with an AL record 18 total bases in one game. The Orioles staff ERA would be a run lower if they didn't have to play the Rangers.

Twice in two years (1894, 1896), and then none for another 30 years? Maybe the guys in the 1890s weren't so clean...

@sconroy93 in all fairness, delahanty is a hall of famer and probably the 3 greatest player on this list, behind gehrig and mays, and those three are very close.

Delahanty IS a hall of fame player but he is in no way "the 3rd greatest player on this list". That would unquestionably be Mike Schmidt- otherwise known as the greatest third baseman to ever play the game. In fact, he was probably better than Gehrig as well if you make the argument based solely on statistics. Delahanty and Klein would tie for fourth on my list.

@yocoy: I'm born and bred in Philly and bleed Phillies' red (and I hate the Yankees), but even I wouldn't dare rank Schmidt above Gehrig! On another note, I wonder if an asterisk should be placed next to a player who accomplished the feat in extra innings?
